Does LeadRelay send real emails/SMS?

In the pilot, all providers run in sandbox mode — every action is logged, nothing is sent externally. Connecting your email/SMS provider is an opt-in step during onboarding.

Will it ever invent a price or promise a slot?

No. Replies are built only from your business profile. Pricing questions and anything safety-related, hostile or unclear go to a human for review.

What data do you store?

Lead contact details and messages you send us, plus an audit log of actions. Data lives on our hosted infrastructure; you can export or delete your leads at any time.

Is this for emergencies?

No. LeadRelay is a business tool. Messages that look like active safety emergencies are flagged for a human and the sender is told to contact emergency services.

We process lead data only to provide the service. We don't sell data, don't run cold outreach on your behalf, and don't make binding pricing, safety or regulated decisions — those stay with your team. Full terms are provided during onboarding.
